Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Building Executive for a full-time on-site role. As a Building Executive, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our assigned properties, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and fostering positive tenant relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass managing walk-in inquiries and support, coordinating maintenance efforts and repairs, and executing essential management tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Operations Management: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of designated properties, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  2. Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards to uphold the integrity and reputation of our properties.
  3. Tenant Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants through clear, effective communication and proactive resolution of issues and concerns.
  4. Inquiry Handling: Manage walk-in inquiries from tenants and visitors, providing prompt assistance and support to address their needs effectively.
  5. Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance efforts and repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues and preservation of property assets.
  6. Financial and Operational Reporting: Assist in financial reporting and operational analysis, contributing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
  7. Vendor and Contractor Management: Efficiently manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor activities to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office suite and accounting management software proficiently to maintain accurate records and streamline operational processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience and Expertise: Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge in commercial and residential building management, showcasing your proficiency in navigating diverse operational challenges.
  2. Organizational Prowess: Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills, allowing you to effectively juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
  3. Interpersonal Excellence: Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain positive tenant relationships and foster a harmonious community environment.
  4. Financial Acumen: Showcase experience with operations and financial reporting, illustrating your ability to interpret data, and contribute to strategic financial planning initiatives.
  5. Vendor Management Skills: Demonstrate prowess in effectively managing vendors and contractors, leveraging your negotiation skills and oversight capabilities to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
  6. Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or accounting management software is a big plus.

  • Salary range: RM3,000 – RM3,500
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm), Saturday (9:00am -1:00pm)
